    Fellow Runners...something funnish to put in your calendar - more for the northern hemisphere people I guess. 19th June - a group of us here are planning to run 26.2 miles in 24 hours - so basically 1 mile every hour, with the first two being 2 miles. A little target to work towards inspired by Beau Miles

    yeah - that was roundabout the same time. The storyline really became stale move --> find a refuge --> refuge gets destroyed/overtaken --> move --> find a refuge --> refuge gets destroyed/overtaken --> rinse/repeat......Yawn

    when the dude with the bat came along, and roundabout when the kid died - that is when it became tiresome. fear the walking dead - I don't think I managed even 2 seasons of that

    The episode Nowhere man of halt and catch fire is one of the finest uses of music in an episode I have seen... P.j Harvey - rid of me I would link a clip... But it's just not out there.. Must be some copyright thing

    Watched the wilds with my daughter. Nothing remotely amazing.. But watchable if you're waiting for something else to watch

    Ha ha... We went running on Thursday morning and slipped and slid all over the road. This morning I ran in our local woods and around the golf course

    Pro v pace is unreal Our group is doing a little challenge. We're recording a mile and then doing a follow up mile in 6 weeks time. I'm far from my mile pb at the moment but was happy enough with my 5:40.i will be happy to get it down to 5:20

    Other movies I've watched while on a break Imitation game - really enjoyed the story of the enigma machine and the troubled man behind it Trial of the Chicago 7 - story was told well and an interesting story
