  1. This has been blowing up on this side of the world. Poor pooch was lost in the mountains for 2 weeks https://www.instagram.com/p/CLB3emGqkgw/?igshid=1u102uj7kgnrb
  2. Dried mango now!
  3. This is an absolutely cracking song
  4. Isn't it bizarre to think you had a burger place a few years ago
  5. Agreed - the only reason why I mention it is that it is apparently told from the victims viewpoint, and if it serves to make the world more aware of the exploitation of child stars, whether it be michael Jackson or Britney spears. I have no interest in her music, but I find understanding human Psyche very interesting. I guess this is the reason I watched the Epstein doccie too. On a side note, according to accounts, Justin Timberlake, does not come across bathed in glory...
  6. why spoilers? I didnt give anything away did I...ok...maybe a tiny little bit...sorry edit...actually...but all murder mysteries are open as to who the murderer is..so thats not really a spoiler..would be a very boring murder mystery if the the murderer was obvious...so i retract my apology!
  7. I see everyone is talking about "framing britney spears" documentary that was released last night. Twitter world is abuzz. Definitely an interesting story... Will give it a watch
  8. I've never been one who needs the big screen experience to be entertained with a movie, but there's still a big population that do. My daughter is one of them.. She only watches new movies at the theatre. Perhaps the answer is multi purpose centres, or smaller cinemas
  9. Watched the little things. Nice murder thriller with a open ending as to who the murderer is https://youtu.be/fauCzvN-Gbs
  10. Very! Reminds me of this story I listened about this cave diver who went diving in an iceberg. An amazing listen http://www.wbur.org/onlyagame/2019/09/20/jill-heinerth-cave-diving-antarctica
  11. Watched yesterday tonight. I thought it would be some good light hearter entertainment... But it was really painful to watch
  12. I don't really post only covers if they are better on here. I more post when someone does a cover that I find interesting enough. The younger sister has just had a baby so probably contributes to it appearing under rehearsed... But I wouldn't call it dreadful. I felt it was missing the kick in the chorus though
  13. That's being a little bit over the top. What exactly makes it "dreadful"
  14. promising talent coming from Ireland
  15. If last year is anything to go by.... The last minute
  16. I'll respect her pronoun. I likewise don't really care what people want to be referred by. There was the SA charity drive, then she ran one in every European city or something like that, and now this one Was this time last year in fact: "In February 2020 Eddie ran 28 marathons in 28 days, travelling all over Europe to run each marathon in a different European capital city. His incredible challenge raised over £140,000 ($184,000) for charity and highlighted Eddie's campaign to unite people, countries and communities."
  17. will definitely listen to that. I got into a bit of hip hop in the 90's - mainly more rap orientated like run DMC and Public Enemy though. There were also bands that bridged the gap between hip hop and popular like stereo MC's, Soup Dragons, Oui 3 etc. One of the most underrated bands were this lot. The debut album was unreal "under the hood of inventive beats and well-placed layered samples are the ideas and attitudes of universal and cosmic spirituality combined with personal-consciousness expansion that crosses geographical and ethnic boundaries. Easily one of the most successful hip-hop records ever made and a must-have selection in most any collection."
  18. that reasonable thread makes me think of this song every time I see it in the recent list.
  19. Literally the only advantage of Northern Hemisphere winters is good ol radiators. My shoes were drenched on sunday, and monday morning they were dry and toasty
  20. I have been watching this. This was his third or fourth multi marathon fund raising drive. The first one was across South Africa Edit. The ridiculous thing is that he only raised 250k but that women showing her tatas for raising funds for the Australian wildfires made millions.... Got to wonder about the world
  21. More swedes covering swedes
  22. Watched captain fantastic last night (on netflix). Actually quite enjoyed it. A few small plot holes at the end, but overall I'll give it a solid 7/10 https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3553976/
  23. Ha ha.... We got absolutely drenched today... Icey cold rain.... But strangely enough I rarely actually get caught in the rain here
  24. They seemed to suddenly stumble on the ending.. Like they had run out of time, so rather just summarise the ending with some screen text (The key find was also a burial mask which they seemed to ignore) The rain was continuously over dramatised throughout the movie. It would have been a non event for an experienced archeologist in the united kingdom. A lot of scenes were unnecessarily dragged out at the expense of the plot. The war was brought into the storyline way too much even though it had no real impact expect to aid a cliche love story
  25. Watched the dig on netflix. Was actually looking forward to it because it had the premise of a good story. Was so badly directed and the story so badly told I would give it a 4 at best
