This track is a classic example of not needing a massive rock garden to make a really good track. It is wild, rutted and steep in places - really looking forward to the racing

to be honest - I am just loving that Miley Cyrus is doing these covers - she highlighting some great songs - doing some half decent covers and raising lots of money for "Save our Stages". Dont necessarily like her genre of music..but she is slowly showing she doesn't really have a genre and confirming the fact that she is an excellent talent

Oh they were impacted alright. I know the track that is used at the high altitude training centre was closed and that the centre was closed too. They were definitely not allowed to do their normal group runs etc in kenya and I know the ethiopians were training largely on their own too.
Did you see cathros live Instagram at the end of final practice on Sunday. He was at that triple. It was very interesting to see.. From the approach right through to the end of it. My take on Sunday was this 1. If you weren't green at the first split.. There was no chance of catching it back 2. If you didn't jump the triple.. You weren't going to win
