I found a 2011 CAAD 10 frame my size brand new, the all white one with black decals. Very, very pretty and shiny

Lots and lots of climbing, there are no flat bits here, but not super technical. You could compare it to Sabie or Barberton 70 km. I'm hoping for a 5:30 so I'll be at the middle to back.

CAAD 10 with 105. I like the CAAD so much I traded my carbon bike for one. It's as light and stiffer than any carbon bike in your budget.
