Thanks for the info Trevor. Hope the cyclist is OK. It seems like things are changing for the good in the Cradle area. I hope that future interactions can continue to improve as is happening here. It is great that cyclists and Cradle Residents are putting aside their differences. Trevor, as a cyclist I personally appreciate your and other residents efforts in instances such as the one you posted in this thread. I feel that I can cycle with reasonable safety.
Some of them drive mildly compared to some people on our roads! Taxi's often drive off the roads to skip the whole queue! I find that amongst the worst are those delivery boys in small cars/bakkies!
That is all very well Trubie but ultimately it is where you get the best price for a product. It is economics. I buy where I can get the best value. Servicing on the other hand is a difference story. That is where you need to build the relationship with a LBS that fits in with your requirements.
