You could try going to Gary Beneke. I had a knee injury a few years back and went to him on the advice of my physio for a bike fit/setup. Helped quite a bit!

You need to build some endurance so ride on the road a bit. But do both with the balance tipped towards the road.

Dumb!!!! She should really have known what happens as her idiot boyfriend was caught! But logic doesn't work for them: 1. Dope to do well. 2. Do well and finish in a high place where you know you will get tested. 3. Get tested. 4. Test is positive! How dumb can a person be! Landis, Vino etc etc etc. They test the top finishers so if they dope to finish in the top are they really surprised when they are caught? Then to deny it! It is like denying there is a moon or gravity!
