    Strava tagged me running with another girl once, at 4 in the morning. Not awkward at all. But I run a quite busy loop and its bound to happen.

    Lowering quality of life just to make space for more humans doesn't make much sense. The problem is not diets and consumption but over population. Humans must simply breed less.

    Soaked it in some vinegar and then used the pointy mcthingy to clean the 1000 holes. Works perfectly now.

    Any tips on cleaning a severely clogged up porta filler basket? I bought a cheap second hand Saeco machine to keep at work. Works perfectly except for the basket that was probably never cleaned by the previous owner.

    Seems that you were on the wrong end of HR. I have a totally different experience when it comes to HR reps. The problem here is the recruiting agent is most probably not a qualified HR rep. Most of them have absolutely no people skilss, how they get into recruiting is above me.

    Ive been a meat eater all my life, and for the last 20 years my weight stayed constant at 70kg. A healthy BMI is maintained by a healthy lifestyle, diet and exercise. If you are a vegan or meat eater is irrelevant.

    The benefits of white vs red meat for us is that its a leaner option, thus healthier. (Less fat, less kj from animals ta dah) Your diet should be about health. Whether you are vegan not. Eating unhealthy only to try and save the animals is just silly.

    Its a common vegan misconception that us omnivores eat unhealthy and "too much meat". Because anything that goes against their zero tolerance is unacceptable. My family eat less meat than the recommendation you posted. Our meat intake is 90% fish and white meat. We have 3 meat free days a week and we only eat whole foods. We use dairy and eggs in moderation. A healthier diet than most vegans that stuff themselves with processed foods.

    About a month ago my 6 year old boy had a small school assignment to do. His teacher asked them to cut out en return with pictures of healthy vs unhealthy food. Her examples of unhealthy food, dairy, meat etc. He returned to school with a letter telling his teacher to get back in line and refrain from giving dietary advice to six year olds. Brainwashing on another level.

    So if I hunt and consume wild animals then its fine by vegans? Im only taking what is necessary, I live in harmony with the free roaming herbivores I predate on and I ensure that their numbers doesn't overwhelm the lands.

    Just stating the obvious. Going from finishing top 10 in the TDF, twice, to just another mid pack rider. Maybe its not all to blame on DD management, but at the level they play at a rider of his talent should not slip like that. Am I the only one wondering what could have been if Meintjies stayed with one of the top euro teams?

    One of my favorite bands, but probably the last band I want to see live. They are done, Malcolm is gone, they should call it quits. That said they can't be worse than current day GNR.
