  1. What about acid dip? Fast (like a day) and very cheap. I had a frame done last year.
  2. Guilty. I'm testing a 29er this weekend. I have never really had the 'luxury' of riding a hardtail, but all i can say is that it feels super fast! Rode Eden and Gspot in Stellenbosch so far! (almost the same feeling those blue bracelets would give me if I bought into that.)
  3. MTB on tar. That might be the issue.

  22. I have been using my Magicshine 900 lumen light for over a year now. We bought direct from dealextreme i think March 2009 (that makes it 18 months). I do on average about 3 nightrides a week. I have had major falls with them and treat the lights like crap. I have riden in some serious rain and have had 2 falls in which I have got concussions. I have bought a second battery pack to be able to do 24 hour races. The only issue I have had are the following. 1. Broken contact which I fixed using the charger of the second battery pack. 2. One cell in my first battery pack died. Replaced it since they use laptop batteries. cheap. Verdict - the lights are great - and for what I paid amazing value for money.
