  1. I actually have no idea what you said there.
  2. Leave work at 15:00? Taking a half-day? It would be interesting to know your work hours. A friend was used to the flexi (early morning start) hours in JHB. She moved to the UK and that was a no-no. She would come in at 7 to find people only arriving at 9. When leaving at 16:00 she got my raised eyebrows and was eventually told to please work a full day; until 17:30. When trying to explain that she comes in at 7, they said that was her choice and was excluded when calculating required hours at work. She quickly changed her working hours.
  3. Sadly I don't have an android system.
  4. Same here We now sitting at an increased cost of (R 99 (Showmax) + R 109 (FTTH)) because Showmax didn't show Master Chef Australia, Yet, every night for the past three weeks, when we've sat down to watch something, it has been on Showmax.
  5. Have a safe trip and all the best. Such an exciting yet nerve wracking experience. I'm envious. Enjoy, enjoy and enjoy [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Mogwai (L) and Wella (R )
  7. Would the Habit Carbon 1 not be an option for a 650b? I'm typing without knowing how head angles compare but will go check and report back. Edit: I see that the seat tube and head angle are approximately 1 degree slacker for each in the Habit. Not ideally your out and out race bike alternative then I'd say.
  8. But the pictures here are of the black aren't they? Well some at least. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Am I correct in that the top of the range does not even have Di2? I'm looking at XT brakes and mechanical XTR RD and shifter.
  10. How did you get your PCC so quickly? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. When I was looking at NZ you didn't have to do an English test as long as you have a C on your matric certificate or if your degree was lectured in English.
  12. Don't forget your internet fees.
  13. For the TdF etc it would seem one still needs a VPN/blocker of some sort. It seems for a lot of things one still needs a blocker up front.
  14. As I understand it. I could install Kodi onto my old Galaxy S3 and either "cast it" or have it connected via cable to the TV. It would be quite a lot easier not having to get up and go across to the phone should the casting function not work with Kodi.
  15. Thanks for the baby steps, Joe. Grebel, I'm not using a STB yet. Too worried I buy something which ends up not being appropriate. I had a look at the link from V12man (http://www.dbg.co.za...p?cPath=144_109) I like the idea of the Neo X6. Also been thinking of the Chromecast as mentioned previously. I have no idea of how many Apps are compatible though.
  16. I need someone to volunteer to write a "For Dummies" guide to using a Android set top box and the installation of Apps on these and the creation of accounts which provide you with x, y and z viewing options. Went and tried to get an understanding of NTV yesterday and suddenly I'm looking at Euro priced subscriptions. And Kodi? Is this an App that gives you sports only? Free? I've only delved as far as using Netflix and Showmax and then potentially using Chromecast (Showmax not able to yet) and various HDMI cables and adapters to get the picture to the TV. Feeling terribly out of my comfort zone and it's only worse because this is something I really want to do yet can't for a lack of understanding.
  17. That is rotten luck! Hopefully it can be corrected pronto.
  18. I've done some searching for NTV and get varying results. http://ntv.mx/ I take it that we are all talking about the link above?
  19. PM'ed you details.
  20. That looks proper! Makes me think of my PMB days; having great riding so near by to me. I regret not taking advantage when there.
  21. I think you should.
  22. Would Strava work? I'll take my chances: https://www.strava.com/activities/208644315
  23. I'm battling to find replacement sponge inserts for my Whisper. Where did you get these helmets in JHB?
  24. I'm just around the corner from Melville Koppies and would love to try it out but I've heard so many stories about the place and that it is far from safe. Your take on it?
  25. Same here! Can't wait. I have an entry for the Otter next year as well so got to get started on training. Rather slow and controlled than rushed at the end. I've had ITB issues in the past and don't want it cropping up again.
