Just remember it's only the Ant+ model and not dual frequency.
I did not bother, my wife stitched it. Unfortunately I will now look elsewhere for kit.
Bud then don't expect anything to happen if you don't speak up....just saying.
If you don't give them the opportunity to rectify the issue then unfortunately no lessons will be learnt by Ciovita. I always believe in giving a brand feedback so that they can learn and better their product.
So I noticed this and got angry at Discovery for changing the rules yet again (you also can't use more than one in a single shop which also annoyed me).
But, this week when I actually selected the Dischem voucher it came through as R100 as normal. (Only used one)
we were supposed to get discount on the rewards based on our Vitality status which seems to have also disappeared.
No issue logging in but noticed that the rewards have changed slightly. You can no longer get the R100 Dischem in store voucher.
Out of the 3 bikes you listed the Momsen would be the best option IMO. Better quality components and it's local.
I seriously wouldn’t mind the rack in the example shown. So nice.
Oh jaaaaa.... or the bikes!
I have a Buzzrack Buzz Bee Platform and carry 2 x Large frame MTB's (29er) no problem. When you mount them just remember that they go head to toe and not the same side mounted.
What i did do is add an additional cut to size pool noodle cable tied around both uprights (400mm long each) as not to get the bikes scratched. Works wonders
Did a quick Google search:
Not the greatest quality but go and see?
Takealot have your size
Sportsmans and they look good for the price
Although I am an Apple fan, I've come to the realization that if you want accurate fitness metrics and GPS then rather use a proper watch like a Garmin, Suunto etc.
My wife has the Apple Gen 4 watch and if you tracking steps and minor metrics then it's ok but anything more advanced i told her to get something better. I have read that the auto-pause on the Apple watch may interfere with the GPS accuracy but haven't tested it out yet.
I use Fox Dirt Paw and they are really a great all round glove. If you looking for a bit of choice then try these guys:

Products and pricing looks good.
But they do seem more interested in dog walkers - heard about a kid on a bike being bitten earlier in the year, and that management was only concerned about the dog walkers because they bring in more money.
I was bitten (nipped) by a dog that was not on a leash about 18 months ago and the lady who's dog it was didn't even have the decency to see if i was ok. She was so busy chatting to her friend that she was totally oblivious to what her dog was actually getting up to.
I reported it to the guy that was in charge in the golf shop and he just said he will look into it but the woman who's dog it was was actually one of the wives of the main members of the Huddle. Whatever that meant.
Won't go back to Huddlepark because of 2 things:
1) Poorly managed overall. Dog walkers, Hikers and Riders all using the same trails. Dogs and kids all over the place.
2) Trail quality overall is below par for the money you pay.
I would pop past a Specialised shop, massive range, the below is on special with MIPS for R690.

Bought one of these lids last Friday and must say that I've owned quite a few helmets but the Align lid fits so well that i may even buy another as a spare. The are exceptionally well fitted light helmets with lots of vents for ventilation. Also the strap is quite adjustable so the perfect fit is always achieved. Thumbs up to the Align.

Hey guys, Ciovita stuff on OneDayOnly today.
They currently have a less 20% sale on their site. Wonder if Onedayonly is cheaper or inflated their RRP to seem cheaper?

Reviving an old thread...
I have a 2019 Scott spark 950. It is stock standard and i am considering upgrading to lighter wheels. I am a smallish rider (75kg) and ride XC trails such as modderfonteinI am considering some good alu wheels in the R6K range and have been thinking of- Lyne: https://www.on-lynecomponents.com/collections/wheels/products/amp-30-alloy-wheelset-27-5-boost- Stans wheels that are on sale at CWC: https://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/ztr-29r-crest-mk3hope-pro-4-boost-wheelset and https://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/ztr-29r-flow-mk3hope-pro-4-boost-wheelsetAny feedback on what to look for would be appreciated!
I've heard that the Rapide products are great and have even greater backup service. Just noticed that the Lyne rims you looking at are not 29er
Managed to get one of these in the meantime:

Not the ideal solution for everything. I'm liking the portable HDD casing idea!
How many items?
This could be the answer. https://www.on-lynecomponents.com/collections/the-holy-rail/products/holy-rail-stash-bag
Or do want to carry it on you?
Preferably on me. I'm trying to get away from something under my seat.
Usually carry 2 bombs, bomb adapter, multitool and some plugs.
Morning Everybody,
I was wondering what people on the Hub use as an alternative to a saddlebag?
I'm in the market for something that could possibly fit into the back pocket of my jersey or even the pocket of my baggies.
This has most likely been discussed extensively in the past but i'm too lazy to search for the thread.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Please do contact trail builder David and share your thoughts and complaints. I do believe that he's trying hard to make the MTB trails better - and sadly it's the people that go there that f u k it up for everybody, and simply not going means we're gonna lose another urban trail /park .
With the neighbourhood shopping centre next door, i've noticed many moms drop off their kids on their bikes and go off for coffee or whatever, and the kids run amok and it gets classified as "cyclist" being rude. Dog poop dodging and having to get the tut tut from walkers when rules explicitly say- MTBers have right of way.
Thanks for the info. Will definitely contact David. It would be sad to see another trail close down but something seriously needs to happen.
Just me ranting........Was at Huddle Park 3 weeks ago and my oh my what a disaster!
What was so interesting about how many people with dogs, prams and kids were wondering on the bike trails.
To add to that, there were so many un-leashed dogs running around that they actually cause quite an obstacle when trying to ride.
I can see why the number of cyclists making use of the trails is dwindling down. I saw a total of 4 other cyclists on the trails.
If i can remember, the rule was that all dogs are to be on a leash which looks like is no longer the case. It's not like there is limited space for everybody to make use of. There are dedicated trails for each discipline.
I must say that i was very disappointed in the lack of control exercised by the dog walkers that i will not be heading back to Huddle Park again. You pay R50 to play dodge the dog, pram or walker.... no thank you
