  5. hmm and Rob will be sprinting against Petracchi ...should be interesting after their last "meeting" and R's comments about P not being worth the ?s he is paid.............no favours from Milram anyway
  6. Don't know and don't care really.... gianni2007-06-07 09:17:25
  7. .................more typing ! ok 1) FSA K-Force Light MegaExo weight: 503g stiffness: 94.5 N/MM Ratio: 0.188 2) Campag Record Ultra weight: 652g stiffness: 117.1/MM Ratio: 0.180 3) Stronglight Copact Pulsion weight: 522g stiffness: 84/MM Ratio: 0.161 4) SRAM Force GXP weight: 652g stiffness: 99.1/MM Ratio: 0.152 5) Shimano FC-R700 weight: 765g stiffness: 107.5/MM Ratio: 0.141 Definitely Campag for me when looking at above test...well it's definitely Campag anyway but that's another argument altogether...........
  8. They can't sack Riis. They can only end their relationshop with his company. I personally believe that it takes people like Riss who cheated the system to make sure that as many doors as possible are closed to the new generation. These people know how to get around the system so they should be part of the whatever new initiative is created to stop / slow down the use of drugs in sport (any sport). e.g like the cops using hackers to get to other hackers etc etc etc
  9. from a recent stiffness /weigth ratio test: 1) FSA K-Force Light MegaExo 0.188 2) Campag Record Ultra 0.180 3) Stronglight Copact Pulsion 0.161 4) SRAM Force GXP 0.152 5) Shimano FC-R700 0.141 Not sure why one would go for ZIPP with other more extablished brands as above.

  12. dead or not that is why he got the nickname it could have been 58 (and there are many cases of riders with that value) ....jees talk about pedanticgianni2007-06-01 05:25:15
  13. He was called "Mister 60%" because of his Haemocrytic value. while I don't condone what he did in any matter I think it's worth remembering that you don't just become invincible.... I DO believe that Riis worked his arse off as he seems to be that type of person. The EPO gave him the extra edge to win but he still HAD to put the work in. ------------------- Clean Riis= average to good domestique, which he was at SystemU Dirty Riis= Tour de France Champion -------------------- You forget the Ariosta + Gewiss days... Again, I'd rather see the slowest Giro / Tour in history becasue the guys are racing on talent + training alone, than a lie like Riis' win BUT all cyclists should know that it takes a LOT of hard work to get into any type of racing shape. gianni2007-05-31 15:19:16
  14. well done Dan! 2nd today in 170km race. The only dude form his team in it. Very active throughout the day and attacking, despite falling 30km from the finish. nice one!

  16. wonder what he has to say about Petacchis reecent wins after his last comment...looks like the million euro salary IS warranted after all.
