  1. Which 7 fields do you look at whilst riding? I've never needed to have more than the 4 fields. I actually don't even look at my Fenix whilst riding, except glancing at my HR every now and again and perhaps Ascent. Distance, speed and time I check on my bike computer.

Well done blommetjies! Keep it up and rub some salt in the Aussies' wounds
  3. Ons voorry het goed gescrum, marx en akker het albei baie goed gespeel. Psdt was goed. Lostrio was nerens. Oupa is nie eers cc kwaliteit nie, Carr was baie average en daai roelof ou verstaan ek steeds nie waarom hy daar is nie. Paige was ok. Lambie is nie die bok saviour wat almal dink hy is nie. Hy was baie average. Ulengo was vir my goed maar sergeal absoluut pateties. Kriel was ook baie stil, commies het n groot impak gehad toe hy opkom

Duminy has an average of 32.6 after 37 test matches. Bowling avg of 37. That pretty mediocre if you ask me!

Good fightback by the Proteas today! I'm really not a fan of Duminy but he's batting well so far. I still would've batted Faf or Bavuma at 4 though. Even move De Kock up higher so that when he gets stuck in he doesn't run out of partners (and we know he can get stuck in for long innings'). We're going to battle a bit without Steyn in the 4th innings. It leaves us with only 3 recognized bowlers. Hopefully we can get a big enough lead by then
  6. Ah yes of course. I'm a bit slow today.. Is it Friday yet?
  7. She must be referring to someone particular?
  8. Ah, my bad. Missed that. Is the watch still on..? hehe With my previous HR monitor I used to get these spikes in HR where it would suddenly jump to over 200 and then back down again to whatever it was. A friend then told me he knows somebody who had the same thing happen to him, and apparently that led to him finding out he has a heart problem. Luckily it hasn't happened yet with my Fenix so I'm guessing it was the crap old HR monitor.. Shew
  9. My own little rock garden. Going down is easy, going back up less so. Cycled down to another part of the river where the kids like to swim
  10. Are you sure your heart is still beating? #zombie If I'm not mistaken the HR strap has a battery that needs to be changed at some stage. Maybe that's gone flat?
  11. Funniest part of the game was duh duh doing his usual "head down run straight" routine, and he got tackled back 10m by 2 AB's! ????
  12. Our team is older than the AB's. We have several players of 30+ and many test caps. We are so obsessed with experience! Early on the game habana plays the ball from an offside position whilst flat on his back. So how'd his 122 cap experience help him in that situation? The AB's reward FORM, if a player doesn't shape he's out..
  13. What a flippen disgrace. Dunno what else to say at the moment...
  14. Faf and jantjies. He'll say jantjies was shining a lazer pointer in steyn's eyes
  15. Yeah saw that. I wouldn't be surprised if one day there's a huge blowup on rugby players testing positive for drugs. As far as I can tell they get tested very little compared to other sports (like cycling).
  16. More CRASH AND BASH from the Boks http://www.sport24.co.za/Rugby/RugbyChampionship/more-crash-and-bash-from-boks-20161006 Sigh. The AB's know what's coming. They are going to murder us.. How can our coaches be so flippen thick??? We can NOT run over guys anymore!!! They are just as strong, if not stronger than us! Certainly a lot fitter and better conditioned. I think it'll be close for 50 minutes or so, then the AB's are going to open the taps and score a few good tries. We'll crash and bash all day long, kick a couple of penalties and maybe a dropgoal or two just to keep within distance of them. It's like a movie you've seen a 100 times before...

What's happened to Morne Morkel? Last I heard he was injured, is that still the case? I wonder if he'd make it back into the ODI team if he was fit? If he comes back and AB as well, who do you drop?
  18. Spook is digging for something and Kira is going "keep digging bro, I got your back!" Even through the glasses I can see he's giving me the evil eye
  19. Hahahaha! You'd have to suspend about 30 NZ players before our current bok team stand a chance of beating them If his fellow players thought he should be punished, they could kick him in the nuts or something. Suspending him for a game is a bit harsh. All these international sport stars have chicks falling over their feet for them. Don't tell me none of the other players haven't or would not go for a quickie if provided the opportunity??
  20. Moving the CC semi's a week later was a stupid move. I mean SARU should've known the Saarks wouldn't make it to the semis! They say the closest a shark gets to a semi is when paging through an old Loslyf magazine..

Ah thanks for the explanation. As well as he's done so far for the Proteas, it just had me wondering how he finds himself in the national team after only 28 List-A games....?

Well done Proteas! First they drop Behardien which made me very happy, and then they klap the Aussies AGAIN! Miller was outstanding! Phelukwayo was lucky a couple of times but well done to him too. They showed he's played only 28 A-list games. Is that different to first class (i.e. provincial)?
  23. 21:30 in bed and 06:00 wake up time. But my point is, I put the watch on the table and it tells me I (it) moved during the night.. Managed to connect it with my strava account and yesterday my wife tested the live track feature. It works like a bomb! Will be cool for the family to track our progress during B&B next week
  24. hahaha spot on! I have 3 small kids, so yeah I was just interested in the watch confirming how little sleep I get at night. Maybe one of them snuck into my room to play with it while I was asleep
  25. I've had my fenix 3 for a week now, what an amazing piece of tech! Still busy figuring out all it's functions One thing I wonder about though is the Sleep function. So supposedly if you wear the watch at night it picks up your movement and tells you how long you were in deep sleep etc. But last night I took it off and placed it on my bedside table. The next morning it tells me I was a little restless and moved around during the night. Hmmm?
