I am experiancing back pain after riding, I only did about 23km. This never happened before. However I changed my saddle about January, and 3 weeks ago I was in the garden and my back felt stiff. Last week I rode about 20km and had a lot of pain. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Could this be the new saddle or the back strain of 3 weeks ago that did not heal. I must say that in January after I changed the saddle I felt my back after about 80km of riding which never happened before, I also did the Argus and the crater cruise with out any back issues, I suspect the saddle did any one experinace some thing similar???

i got mavic wheels 2nd hand -light ones with 2bless and i go 2-3km/h faster on average. the science also supports the lighter wheels over handles for example. save on the round moving bits before the straight bits

can also ask a q I changed my seat but now I have back problems after long rides. this was never a issue and also not a issue with my Rd bike any suggetions

what about the percentage wear each week. I think it would be so small that the diffrent wear spots would be so close to the other that it could be one wear spot two chain should have the same spec thus the wear should be on the same spot on the cassette?? I would just make sure I lube and clean well. leaving a chain to degrease completely. i don't know if this works for me. i would want to get the dirt out and keep the grease on the inside comments...

droo,some of the teeth seems flat on top and a slightly lower profile. I assume this is the way it is manufactured

it appears if the tooth design of the SLX outer chain wheel is worn. i compared a used ring to a new ring. any comments to enlighten me

slime does seal after standing over night. on the trail there is a 50% chance it might work. keep the pressure low when u punture and try to keep the wheel turning. i sometimes pumped up to 3 times before it sealed. my rule was to patch after the 3rd pump. most times it worked and the puncture was sealed after the 2nd pump. when patching do not pump too high a pressure as the slime is " pushed" out of the hole. the tube will also expand alot more out of the tire coursing old leaks to reappear i was lucky to change to 2bliss and one turn of the wheel and it is sealed. loving 2bliss

will a cut out tube valve that is glued in place work?

Just a quick report on my experience with the 3 LED light. Firstly I order my stuff via Extremeshop, my rating out of 3/10. The stuff arrived weeks later. They don?t have any means of communication, other than that I think the rating would have been better. I had to reorder the lens from Cutter. My LED?s was pasted on with pratly steel but the one was misaligned. So make sure the LED?S are aligned. I would suggest silicon to fix the LED to the Lens then Past onto the Heat sink permanently. I use an old video head as a holder as it is made from ALU. I mounted it on my old RAVX light mount works perfectly. My batteries I order from Akita.co.za. 2300mAh NiMh All this was fitted in a water bottle. The driver was from Rabtron buckpack 1000mA. I used a selector switch instead of the pot to dim I hope this could help someone as all your ideas helped me I don?t think my light is as bright as supernova but then it does not cost the same and the application is not as intense
