NO, this is inaccurate.It ALSO varies for different sports, swimmimg vs cycling vs running. To accurately get your true MHR, you need to go and exert yourself to achieve this.. Its not advisable though(Dr. permission required).. thats why the best zones to train at,are those based on LT(Lactate Threshold)
