yes i did, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt,depending on how big the hole is.. its safer to rather not inflate to over 120psi therafter. I'm also in that region, and for our weight 100psi is NOT low. Remember, harder doesnt mean Less Rolling Resistance! the fact= if you go to hard, the wheel actually bounces off the tarmac and creates more resistance. this is as per Zipp technicians.
prefer glue. ride with a little sealant in, plus a can of Vittoria Pitstop , should get you to finish.. @94.7 i punctured in town, the Pitstop did the trick and i finished the race.. (but forget about high inflation pressure afterwards , only 100psi)
also had ITB, tried everything, many diffeent physio bills.. NSAIDS etc.. ultimately sufficient rest & stretching solved it.. glad i didnt go "the knife" way! (but i endured it for 5months! )
they're all deaf!! playing music at +110 decibels whole day does that! ..and when you hear them booming pass..thats over 120db !!! ..and the cause of serious hearing impairment!

i find alot of times when the FD becomes 'stiffer' , its actually the cable routing housing under the BB, usually gets all the dirt & muck..clean it and lube it
