After hammering mine around the world champs XCO course i love them more , they really do perform in tech stuff very well , nice and predictable in the switch backs and climb so well .

XCO = lap type racing , ie: worlds in pmb . not easy !!!! XCM = marathon type racing MTB= abv for mountain bike .

Oom , its was not this bad at all , everything was fun to ride . however there were some local and international riders who had thier eyes opened WIDE.

Loved this course , i still dream about it . sad that so many complained about the drop in at the finish and got it removed , but hay . well done to the guys in Kzn , you did a outstanding job, this track was mind blowing and so fun and exciting to ride .after a week of riding racing I left no skin behind . its hands down one of the best xco tracks in the world that I have ridden !

good call , we are fitting them with tracking devices just to be on the safe side

I could not agree more , we have talanted riders here in SA make no mistake ( Minaar's, Impey ect have prooved it ) , but they need to spend time racing and being developed overseas , we cant expect them to ride at the pace of the Nino's of this world if they have not spent a few good years doing it with them ,learning , building BMT ect . I speak from experiance .

I was doing a Tom Cruise / Opra on the couch move yesterday , super exciting . Well Done GM ! we all super proud of you !

Haved owned more bikes and forks than jeans . my lefty is hands down for me the nicest fork i have ridden . I also competed in the Masters world champs and spent a week ridding that course i can assure you that its not the fork that has made people struggle through some of the sections but our skills . the riders from overseas that compete on the international circuit have said our course is not for the faint hearted , the rock gardens are hard and if you miss your line they become F$%^& hard or near impossible . if you have never been to casscades do yourself a favour and stop there one day and go walk the corse or even better take your bike and go ride it , it will help you appriciate what these guys ride and how fast they are acctually doing it .the TV does not do this place justice.

i think they about R 30 000 for the f29 3. well worth it !

yellow is really well marked ( actually most routes are ) just black you can go wrong . go with someone . im there the whole of next week if you want you can join us . i have ridden there plenty and never had a problem . just one point on the yellow lookup at the telephone pole the marker is on that , this is not jhb with pritty little markers in the floor , you need to be sharp and look around .
