  1. Point is it is about good practise, funny how Shimano puts indicators on the shifters of cheaper bikes to educate people on shifting to help eliminate cross shifting. Cross shifting is not good for your drivetrain and everybody knows that

  11. Very true, that book does wonders to ones knowledge also true your trainer is a direct power measuring tool, I do all my power training indoors on my Tacx trainer and have improved wonderfully
  12. Surely everyone is entitled to their own opinion? You had the option to leave the group surely or not lock onto them in the 1st place
  13. You should be ok at first until these intervals get "easy". You should start doing some longer steady state intervals also at some time....just at your LT point
  14. Sorry but I don't know who told you a Fox is cheap to maintain but you are in for a suprise they are quite a bit steeper to maintain than a RS
  15. You will be able to ride both easily but the medium should be the better technical option
  16. Silverback very good value....Scott Elite if you are after a light bike and it has a Reba fork. I have a Fox fork on my new bike and I am not impressed at all will go back to Rock Shox in a month or two;s time
  17. There have been and still are a couple around...problem is the space you use is only for a small part of the day but you pay rent as if you are using it for the full day, raher try and give classes at a recognised gym you will be better off
  18. I say stick to the large in the SC
  19. What bunch are all of you people reffering to? This is a MTB event, a bunch does not help you even close to what a road cycling bunch does. What if there is a huge hole in the jeep track or a rock, must they just ride through it?
  20. Is this the Spark 29er?
  21. Another piss up story on someone who can't take others getting oppertunities in life

  25. Yes it is clothes so import duty is high, same happend to me when I bought Livestrong cycling clothes....you know you could have bought 4 pairs of Giro/Cannondale/Mongoose/GT/FOX socks at you LBS and paid R160 for them
