  1. Is there enough clearance on your down tube when the fork is fully compressed? Some sites have reported this may be a problem
  2. Be wary of the new Fox forks their service intervals are ridiculously short, something like 30-50hrs of riding and they are expensive to service
  3. He definitely has the wrong link
  4. According to me Dragons bring in complete frames, meaning shocks included.
  5. The majority of doctors are just pill pushers, I have been struggling with illness the last two weeks and keep on getting more pills every time and injections, not once has any one of the two doctors I have seen sent me for a scan or a sonar on my abdomen to see what may be wrong. Seeing a specialist on Monday now after I insisted from the doctor to give me a referral. Prof Tim Noakes does countless studies before he publishes things and he said many times that this will not work for everyone
  6. No need I know its Pierre, would like to see the list of the athletes he has coached and their results since starting under his guidance

  9. I am just guessing here but aren't you on of the people who organise the XCO racing series at Fountains, who owned DAD's Cycling in Centurion and worked for Fritz for a while? Your one sons name is David if I am correct
  10. Get the mud gear out
  11. Foil...can't compare the 2
  12. This is awesome for road cycling, so in a way it will become like the MTN MTB series? Winners collect points etc. for each race and at the end of the season the series champ is crowned
  13. THis race is going to be awesome!!!
  14. Really looking forward to this race, hope there is a good turnout and not like what happened to the Vasbyt two weeks ago

  16. Top of Hans Strijdom is one tuff challenge especially if it is going to come at the end or near the end
  17. What is done with the ITB surgery?
  18. Well said most people on here should spend less time doing useless research on the net and just ride their bikes....strange that even with the newest equipment the whole time that gets sponsored....yes they will do just as good on a 26"dual....the pro's still need to train and train hard at that....Kulhavy rode a dual 29er while all the others rode hardtails, strange that even with the heavier bike he won. Its all about the training no matter what bike you rode he planned his season well as the Olympics was his goal
  19. Surely it will be broadcasted on one of the SS Olympic channels
  20. 3bar is a lot for tubeless to be honest but it should be able to take it without any hassles
  21. Normally when I fit a new set of tyres on my rims I mix normal Ryder Sludge and Stans Racing Sealant for the 1st week....I have found it works quite well so you should not have any troubles
  22. Sad news condolences to the family, I can't see how a MTB will totally take out the risk, minimize it yes but not nullify it ....not cycling will but the minute you get on your bike you are at risk
  23. Nice build seen a couple of these around
  24. He has not got the same overhead costs a proper bikeshop so you can't compare
