    Maybe @Matt can advise as the ID is part of the scam and good info to know when vetting potential buyer's.

    Not sure if posting the ID is a good idea. Admin might remove it who knows maybe it is stollen and now some oke has his ID posted on a scammers thread.

    Maybe post a pic of the rim. Most factory tubeless ready rims have a nice solid seal.

    Removing it gives the tape more rim surface to stick to. Unless rim is tubeless ready then leave it.

    As stated you can get a 7 speed for the 10speed freehub. But before you lay out cash for new wheelset. Can your old 7 speed steel frame take the newer wider hub's?

    I really feel bad for them. When my wife and i moved to the big city they accused me of taking the village bicycle. I left them my old 26er but still they accused me.

    I fail to see the issue with the plug. From your own pic the plug is dry so no leak. And no it is not dry due to lack of or no sealent as your other pic shows sealent leaking from the valve.

    Cool bike if i was in the market and had the cash would probably buy it. Soft/flat tyres would not ba a deciding factor.

    OP does not say the plug is leaking just not holding air. May he got a puncture on one of his three rides maybe invest in some plugs and fix it.
