Regarding Kulula and bicycles I have had good experiences so far. For this yeas Argus we were not charged anything extra for bikes, unlike Mango who did charge me last year. Flying up for 94.7 my bike bag came to 19kg, with my cycling kit, shoes, helmet, and other items included. This was checked in as my one piece of luggage and all my other items were packed into a bag (went up for 4 days too) which I took on as hand luggage. ie. no extra charges. Pack cleverly even if going for a few days and you will not pay extra

I must say that the old 1Time MD80 aircraft have the best legroom but they must be losing out big time on the efficiency/cost side!!

I went for the courier option to save a 200km+ return trip just to collect a piece of paper, the registration issue at these rides just gets on my tits, and besides the 'Expo' last year was basically non-existent too. I do agree that the entry is rather high but the value of riding on some great roads with road closure is worth it in my book... Lacking a major sponsor also doesn't help. Was anyone using FastFuel? I believe they have closed shop...is this correct? If so what do you use now, what is the equivalent that gives the same taste/results. I really liked the taste of the orage FastFuel and the effect. Have tried 32Gi but it didn't grab me...
