What's the opinion on the better wheels to have for our racing conditions? Aero wheels are great once you get above 40k/ph but how many of us do that for long periods? Climbing wheels are great for the Alps etc but how many races do we do with really massive climbs?

Have done the Tough One a couple of times but not this year. Only difficult section is from Fourways Mall up to Bryanston Post Office. You should try the Sunrise Monster 32km!

I have just had my annual medical and my doctor, who is a cyclist, did the whole BMI test thing and said afterwards that he is required to do it as its aprt of the report but the results are " merely " a guideline and he simply ignores the outcome. To many variables involved to be scientific.
