Just wanted to know what you guys will be doing to keep fit now that the season is practically over.

I dont want to pick up the 5kg, I worked so hard to lose, in three months like last year. I will be dusting off my mtb as well.

I'm looking forward to watching the Cape Epic, hope the coverage is better than previous years

We have a few small local road and MTB events in and around Jhb.

Why the heck is there a "season" anyway? All the races just dry up here in the Cape. I guess it's just a case of getting out and doing some distance work and the "Tour d'coffee shop".

With you on this one... Tour D'Coffee Shop it is for the next couple of months. Still Malmesbury in 2 weeks time, then its hill training for me until the end of June. After that, riding the hills in Wales during the warm season and preparing for the Alpine Challenge in September  . Still got lots of work to do on the bike, but a good place to start after yesterdays ride
