Poor guys at the back didn’t stand a chance.
Baldrick Posted September 14, 2020 Posted September 14, 2020 Looks like Renault are thinking long term with their motorsport commitments. The F1 team is to be rebranded Alpine next year, and now it has been announced that they are going to compete in the LMP1 category next year as well.

LMP1 has been lacking manufacturer involvement for some time. I think only Toyota is left. From what I have seen, the new Hypercar regs to try and encourage manufacturer involvement has kinda failed. Be that as it may, Sports Prototypes have been a favourite of mine since I was a kid. I cannot wait for the WEC at Kyalami next year. Baldrick 1
