Sorry, what sizes are the tyres, and what prices? I assume they are all used? Why are you selling? Do you have any tubeless?

Yumeya we have this on our local trials also and i cannot understand how people can dump their Sh!T like this?? .... these people at least tried to hide it, the people up here just dump their crap in the middle of the jeep track! i feel that municipalities should start dishing out stiff fines to these people and the message will spread pretty quickly

Problem is that you gotta catch them first... Show me one occasion where you find a cop when you need one?

Report illegal dumping

I can just about excuse the odd piece of littering. But the cynicism required to take a load of rubbish out into the veld and dump it there is mindblowing. Each decent-sized municipality has an illegal dumping report line but they vary from town to town. Give your council a call now and find out how to report it and then put the number on your fridge. If you can get a licence plate number (or vehicle branding) that will help the council to follow up. Most illegal dumping seems to be done by small-scale building subcontractors. If you’re having work done on a site, make your contractors sign a responsible dumping agreement, and if necessary, make them provide you with proof that your rubble was disposed of properly, even if they just take a cellphone photo of them at the dump each day.

It's an illness. Some people are too damn lazy to discard of their old stuff the correct way. No general dump site allows tyres, only a few and at a price. It's too far, too expensive too blah, blah blah. SA will NEVER get recycling right with idiots like that around.

Shew, thought it was gonna be one of those "Who took a dump at the start of the race again?" threads!

I wonder how the GU sachets would look, piled up after the Argus (or a regular weekend)...

Trouble is, SA is really behind here. When clearing out my parent's home in Joburg, I had to get rid of about 100 paint cans. Do you think the municipality or anyone could help about safe disposal? I spent the whole afternoon phoning and being shunted from one dumpsite to the other but, in the end, had no option other than to put them in the black bin and hope they didn't explode in the compactor truck. And yes, I tried private disposal companies too - nobody knows what to do with smaller, domestic-sized quantities of hazardous waste.

Sad to say but that is nothing. Went for a ride on the mine dumps out East. You should see the amount of *** that is dumped there. Makes me sick (in more ways than one). Often I drive behind people who just chuck crap out their windows. Last year on my way to the Transbaviaans we were caught up in one of those stop-go things outside Noupoort. The car in front of us dumped a bad full of *** out their window whilst we were waiting. I got out of our car and dumped all their **** back into their car. The looks I got... Was even labelled as a racist for doing that. Right there and then I realised that there is nothing you can do besides watching our country being polluted by these clowns. Sad really.

Yeah well it beats dumping in the Cradle.

We had a house in Scarborough around the corner and you will be interested to know that the local residents were more often guilty than not in dumping their crap on empty plots. Not our previously disadvantaged friends

I'm no expert on photography but I think you should have tried to zoom in more on the background. The sunlit bushes in the foreground are messing up the exposure time on your camera and with the result we cannot clearly see the condition of the tyres because it has not captured enough light in this shaded area.
