@$$holes like this is why my wife deems motorcycling as dangerous.

I believe you should have to pass a basic parenting test before getting a license to breed. Also believe anybody having a baby at a government hospital should be sterilized at the same time. Only after proving you are not receiving a grant and are able to afford a second should they then reverse the procedure and fund IVF treatment.

Too many people with kids they can't afford or have the ability to look after.

There was a guy in the 80's that used to ride over tollgate arches on an XT500. cops were always after him... it used to make front page of the paper.
