Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted August 28, 2013 Share @$$holes like this is why my wife deems motorcycling as dangerous.I believe you should have to pass a basic parenting test before getting a license to breed. Also believe anybody having a baby at a government hospital should be sterilized at the same time. Only after proving you are not receiving a grant and are able to afford a second should they then reverse the procedure and fund IVF treatment.Too many people with kids they can't afford or have the ability to look after. Rant over...... I know at least 3 married couples (and some unmarried) that would LOVE to be able to have those kids in their place. And would probably take far better care of them.
