Apparently, according to Lexus, it is rideable as is, but still has to undergo more testing. The other thing is, you can't just ride it anywhere, it has to be on a metallic surface. RocknRolla Posted June 26, 2015 Share Personally I think mag lev tech in such a compact environment is not strong enough to keep the person levitated on top of that board. My opinion is that the magnets are just strong enough to levitate it's own weight in addition to the board and containers including the cooling material.
