no. you can use force when you feel your life is threatened.

 

And if they come into your house at night, fall aver your coffee table and break a leg, they can sue you, because they got injured on your property. 

 

Or You come home after work, and 2 gentleman are helping themselves to your wife...... You are according to what is being said here, not allowed to help her, because your life is not in danger.

This is more or less true, and no, I dont even use facebook.

The law in our country is seriously warped, the officials claim  its "democracy",  you uave to be stabbed, shot or hit first  before you can react.
