Fruity Posted December 15, 2016 Share main_1500.jpg Nat Geo Photo of the year, by a South African of the sardine run. Have a look at some of the other winners here. Try view them full screen - they are just mind boggling https://www.theatlantic.com/photo/2016/12/winners-of-the-2016-national-geographic-nature-photographer-of-the-year-contest/510350/Some serious talent there. DJR Posted December 17, 2016 Share I always found it ironic that a few years ago a picture like this one of a Snow Leopard (not sure if it is this exact one) won the National Geographic best picture of the year. Because it was taken with a motion sensor trap camera. I know a lot of skill and luck was involved, but I still loved the idea that the Snow Leopard took a selfie and won against the best nature photographers on earth. Frosty Posted December 23, 2016 Share Spotted on today's walk (with my daughter) up the mountain behind the house Love the rez on that [emoji58][emoji1474] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalkit kept moving every time I got too close. Eventually had to use the full 300mm zoom and still get "close" enough to try fill part of the frame. My little girl enjoyed it though - me chasing after it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Frosty Posted January 1, 2017 Share Not quite with you there? Please explain...It's a bikehub thing from late 2015 - the premium membership thing, and you're meant to react like NSBB did above [emoji23][emoji23] - happy new year! TBH - I don't know all the details, perhaps someone else could tell the story. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
