Who can help me with some advice?

Look Keo Carbon Pedals @R1001' date='80

or

Shimano Dura ace @ R1057.35

Which one is better?

I ride Dura Ace and had to ride Look the weekend. Difference? Non that I could notice.

Seems that the cleats had more damage from a small walk than dura ace has of lots of walking.

Go with what looks better.

With the Shimano pedals you can adjust the cleats while your shoes are in the pedals. This function alone has to weigh heavily in favour of the Shimanos.

I can't for the life of me figure out why you would want to do this? Doesn't serve much purpose unless your feet and body are on the bike in riding position.  In that position it is pretty difficult to tighten the bolts.

If you want to save money though' date=' there is not much to differentiate the bottom of the range Keos to the top of the range ones. I ride the sub-R500 Keos and I love em. [/quote']

Agreed

Dura Ace. no squeak no slip no problem!

Same goes for the Keo's...

I think Dura Ace because their cleats are more user friendly! You can walk allot better on them!

Why would you want to walk when you can ride?Shocked oh wait...it's Shimano isn't it?...WinkLOL joking

Personally i'd go for the Keo's, have them, use them, love them. But okay...i'm also anti-Shimano...so ja...

There's a new Keo Cleat on the market called the Keo Grip. No squeeking....no slip...and the cleat won't slip on a carbon sole. Keo cleats also offer you either 0deg, 4.5deg and 9deg float..... check the weight difference...lighter than DA!

I'm looking at the RXS's at the moment. Or Speedplays. Want a pedal that is not going to let go when a 105kg powerhouse starts sprinting for (current position - 11)... Wink

The bloody exchange rate might mess it up a bit?
