This seems like a good place for my first post.

 

2010 Trek Remedy 9.9

Rear Shock: Fox Float DRCV RP23

Fork: Fox 32 Float RLC 150

Crankset: XT 2x10

Rear / front Deraileur: XT

Shifters: XT

Brakes: Avid Juicy 3

Bars: Ritchey WCS

Seatpost: CB Joplin

Wheels: Hope proII hubs / ZTR Arch rims

Pedals: CB Mallet

Stem: KCNC 80mm

Been lurking around for I while now, thought its maybe time to contribute :)

 

Very nice, how does it go?

 

Only minor upgrade you could consider is some better brakes.... Otherwise that's a super sweet build.

Thanks V, it goes like a demon, very happy with it. I agree about the brakes, but i sorta overshot my budget on the build so brakes will have to wait a while...

Took mine to the shop this morning, tomorrow i'll have her back... Cant wait! Have the small though.. just like my street bike! still have to get used to riding, where the bike compensates for all the bumps

Overshot and went right past.. needed new gloves,helmet and seat with my new frame!!! haha... thats not counting the pereferals like headset etc

Yo Rico .... is that your final seat height vs handle bar height?

 

So have you ridden her in anger yet and if so how does she handle?

Wheels arrived, Easton Havens slapped on some conti mountain kings 2.4 ust. Stoked with them

 

Faaark, you a tall bloke!!! Is that a large or an XL frame??

Damn you! I want that frame. Should I get the Uzzi that the guy who sold that to you is also selling? I'm in JHB this week so I'll need to get a wriggle on.
