I always felt that little bit extra special when I rode a mtb that had a Ritchey saddle, stem and handle bar. The frames must be lekker.

I was undecided on which bike to ride Maluti, and did a few long training rides on both (Carbon and the Ritchey). Despite the Ritchey being a Kg heavier, it wins hands down in the comfort stakes, vs the weight disadvantage on the climbs.

I went with all an all Alu cockpit when building, so it’s not the lightest build around, but certainly is the most comfortable of all bikes I own.

My carbon Ritchey bars were a little short, so I replaced them with nice wide Ragley bars, and I only have Charge Spoon saddles on my bikes, but the rest of the Ritchey bits are lekker...

Disc or Canti?

I went for the disc version. Also took a set of their gravel carbon tubeless wheels. Will look lekker with gumwall tyres.
