I wonder when CSA are going to announce the results of the doping tests at the Argus ?

Yeah, wasn't there a rumour of a positive in SA a while ago?

Its not exactly difficult to dope or even to conceal it reasonably well. For eg, unprompted, my doctor asked me if I wanted any help for the 2009 Epic. I declined. Cheating is cheating, you might as well take a short cut on the course. Same thing.

David Clinger has been handed a lifetime ban by the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) after testing positive for the second time in June of this year. Already nearing the end of the two-year suspension he had received for his first offence in 2009, Clin

So, if your surname is Rasmussen, you're a liar?

Alex Rasmussen has claimed that the three warnings he received for problems regarding his whereabouts for out of competition doping controls were due to sloppiness on his part and had nothing to do with cheating or doping.

Rasmussen was temporarily suspended by the Danish Cycling Union and fired by his team HTC-HIghroad earlier this week after it was disclosed that he had commited three “whereabouts” violations. He now risks up to a two-year ban and has lost his place with Garmin for 2012.

Interesting interview with busted pro and widely published cycling writer Joe Papp - obviously a smart guy with some interesting reflections on the arrival of EPO in the states, sporting ethics, doping health issues and what drove him to do what he did.

Due to be sentenced for dealing in PED's this week.

He's the guy who sold EPO to Jeannie Longo's husband, amonst a vast number of other athletes from across the sporting spectrum.

Alexandr Kolobnev – the only rider to test positive during the 2011 Tour de France – escaped a sanction Tuesday when the Russian cycling federation only fined him and issued a warning.

The Russian cycling federation (FVSR) handed down a fine of 1,500 Swiss francs and a warning to Kolobnev, who tested positive for a banned diuretic during the Tour’s fourth stage.
