I used to use USN up until Crater Cruise, have used 32Gi since and I find that I definitely have more energy towards later parts of races. One thing I noticed that I find I do not need to use gel's anymore. I also noticed in the beginning that if you mix it as per directions, I find it does not quench your thirst, I now mix it a little weaker and seems to be perfect even for stage racing (Mankele). I also find my legs don't get sore after a couple hard days riding.

Yep,this stuff is truly the best fuel for this V12 engine!! :P

Sustained energy after a 5hr mtb ride, this stuff is the best.

I just hope as popularity of the product increase that the price stay the same. Not only does it work wonders,it's a hell've lot cheaper than the other stuff on the market.

Hats of to 32GI,I salute you in my bloodstream always!!!!!

Dont worry about the price, the rand is very stable and strong right now and we ordered another 40tons of product from abroad so you can be rest assured we aint going to put them up. As for popularity and pushing the price up, no worries there, its priced where it should be always. More surprise products coming your way soon though, stay tuned, the gel is being tested currently ;-)

Cool.

But tell me. Is this going to be the same as me mixing a really strong solution into a little bottle?

Tried the chews the other day, didnt like the taste. Tasted a bit too much like jelly that went funny in the setting.

Right now the total winner for me is mixing a heavy concentrate of neutral (from that sample pack) into a small gel bottle.

Didnt have that sickly sweet taste and it was easy easy to take in.

Already secured a neutral bottle from Ronelle.

No Woofie the gel is going to be a sustainable for a kick to the finish we want a 70 to 80 minute spike with a nice taper it will of course be towards the high GI range and we will taper u off slowly just something for the flat liners and the that want a little more rocket fuel :-)

I am not a scientist nor a medical person, just a normal MTB'er,my local Dischem was out of stock and my wife and I had to use some of the prevouis juice (.CM) we still had left and both of us suffered on the rides...not even riding hard.

This morning we were back on 32GI and felt like a million dollars on the bike.We did a 3 hour ride (56km) with 850 metres of climbing and even raced the roadies on our way back .

Use anything other than 32GI, will have to convince the wife.......might as well just give up.

My story for today is I went out on a long ride with 2 bottles of 32Gi on my TT and 2 packets of chews. Was planning on 4.5 to 5 hours anyway after 70km or so I must have hit a bump or something because when I turned to my horror my one bottle had fallen off :-(. Anyway I thought just keep going and when my juice is finished I will just use water, i filled up

My bottlr at a petrol station and I landed up doing 4.5 hours around 150km or so and with 1 bottle of 32Gi one bottle of plain water and 1 and a half packets of 32Gi chews got to say this I was nervous when my bottle fell but I felt strong to the finish the chews rock :-).
