After Titan's death I would like to get insurance for my remaining dog and the one I am planning to get. I basically just need it to help cover that 2 am emergency visit to the vet or maybe if it gets sick or needs to be operated for something.Petsure, but they dont't insure dogs older than 10 years.... Little Fish Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 Guys & girls, just had to share this with you...I just finished a course & I actually caught myself playing 'Hub Cludo' with the lecturer's laptop - as soon as he shut down the final presentation for the day, I could see all his desktop icons on the big screen. Had to stop myself from shouting out & asking why he had "letter of resignation" on his desktop!!! @flexia, Myra and htone 3

No Hare Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Had a run in with a playful young Doberman last week, twice she would have ended under my wheels and me on the tar. Both times I was lucky in seeing coming. Friday morning for the third time it was the same thing and as I led her back into the yard where she came from I saw a man standing on the stoep looking at me. So, while I was walking up to him he turned around and went into the house, closing the door behind him.I knocked, I called and received a flat ignore. I left without breaking anything.This morning it was the same thing. So what did I do? I took the dog with me to work. This afternoon I dropped her at home again, it doesn’t seem if anyone was missing her. So I decided that I will do the same again tomorrow, and every day thereafter.Until the day when she waits at the gate for me with a spare bone, then I am taking her home permanently.
