We had some good all round performances today. Not just Tahir and #! Faf, AB & JP batted well and for the exception of Parnell our bowling unit was on the money. A good all round team win.

Protea Queens update, they beat Sri Lanka by 9 wickets. Lizelle Lee got 35 whilst both Laura Wolfaardt and Sune Luus got unbeaten 50's in the chase. A step closer to a semi final berth and qualification for the ladies World Cup.

No one kicked on to make a 100 and anchor the innings Williamson captained well by rotating 7 bowlers well. We never looked settled and struggled to line up the part time bowlers. Parnell's duck off 4 deliveries was probably the difference between winning and losing.
