I also like those diving watches with the Nato/Zulu straps. That is a combination you dont see often but my mate does the same with his divers watch and it looks awesome!

My dive watches have NATO straps on but only because it makes fitting over my 7mm suit easier.

Thats a 007 for sure, the citizen is slightly bigger than a 007...

I can get an SKX007 if you looking, I have a J model as my daily...

Damnit... only saw the markers after Gummi posted, so much for being attentive!

I'm getting married in a few weeks, and my fiancee wants to buy my a watch as a present.

As much I'd like a Omega Seamaster, it's not going to happen.

What other brands should I/she be looking at?

I'm thinking in the R10-20k range (maybe a chip-in) from me.

I'm thinking Tissot, Festina etc.

So something that's quality, decent looking ...

I love my Festina.. it isn't a fancy one, but i have had it for about 10 years.5a88ee07efd0bb037456ea0123983f32.jpg

There's something about those Steinharts that is really appealing...

Does anyone know off-hand what duties on watch imports are in RSA?
