Did my PADI course there last century.You can always come and dive the cold southern oceans! Some good wrecks in the Cape and plenty shore dives around the peninsula.Last time at Aliwal had a couple of Raggies visit us at a 5mt decomp stop, wasn't that much fun! Some good wrecks in the Cape and plenty shore dives around the peninsula.Last time at Aliwal had a couple of Raggies visit us at a 5mt decomp stop, wasn't that much fun!I used to work as OWSI at Umkomaas Lodge dive charters and Raggies at 5m safety stop is nice, saw them many times even at Raggie Cave, what's bad is when I dived Protea Banks at Shelly beach in 1996 and we got to see Hammerheads and Zambesi sharks during the accent from about 20m all the way up to 5m and we even saw them on the surface and yes, here you don't do any decompression/safety stops. You even get out of your bc before you hit surface:blink: I had to give up diving as well because of a car crash November 1996.
