covie Posted June 13, 2012 Share beginner skills courses are totally beginner, you will learn the basics of a bike, how to change a tyre blah blah, and maybe how to put your knee out while conering, how to feather your breaks and doing a bunny hop over a log. Basically these are desinged for women Intermediate to advnaced courses are for those that want to learn proper technique. Me and my buddies have been talking and the consensus is that the only way we can improve our skills (apart from implanting bigger balls) is to go on a course.
