So how much weight did you put on?

I've been training flat-out everyday except Christmas and New Years and I still put on 2.4kgs. That's in one week and I'm not on holiday

 

How did you go?

Eish.....

 

The forces of ying and yang have been working hard!

 

I train like hell in the morning, then carbo load (beer up) in large quantities every night!

 

What a balls up, gained 3 kgs and feeling it! :thumbdown:

I also trained more than usual and lost about 1.5kg. Although I didn't really eat as much Christmas food as I usually do.

I've hardly trained, eaten a lot and still managed to lose half a kilo. Either my scale is lying or high stress is great for weight loss.

As well, gained a bit but have been on a "Fruit/Veg Juice" (Home made via juicer) diet and have lost about 1.5-2kg this week alone. I'm having one "proper" meal during the day, and replacing other means with the fruit/veg juice. Its got ALL the nutrients you need.

I think somebody said it last year on that weight-loss thread: it's not about what you eat between Christmas and New Year, but about what you eat between New Year and Christmas. Wise words I wish I could adhere to.

I have gained about 1,5kgs since the end of Jhb2C which ended in May when I weighed what I did in Grade 10. :thumbup: I try and eat in moderation all the time.

I have been riding as per normal, and trying hard not to overindulge, mnaged to drop 0.5kg last 3 weeks

WOW, me too.

 

Ive lost 4kgs in 10 days.

 

All due to Mean green juice every day.

 

Oh, and i feel fantastic.

 

More energy, brain feels "sharper", digestive system working well.

 

Feel Awesome because of it.

This holiday period had not been overindulgent so no weight gain or loss.... think I have a lot of muscle mass gain though :thumbup:

My "supper" tonight was...

 

Two carrots

One orange

Two apples

Bunch of grapes

Two strawberries

One huge spinach leaf + "stalk"

One stick of Celery

 

All that juiced looks like this...
