What is the best way to secure a cadence magnet?

double sided tape. you get the 'stronger' variety called no more nails or something ot that effect. builderswarehouse stocks it. grips like mad, but DS tape works the bomb.The trick, like painting, is surface prep.with the main criteria being the surface must be properly cleaned and dry before applying the DS tape. or any adhesive for that matter.

lowest strength nut-loc , loctite , bit of super glue ?

For garmin cadence magnet - I used the double sided tape plus cable tie. Has not budged in a year.

 

Mine is about to fall off, think i'll just out the double sided tape on though...

Nail glue.

 

Yeah, that stuff called 'no more nails'.

 

OR Sika make an epoxy that hardens as hard as steel....... only thing is that you will never get it off then :eek:

No man. That no more nails stuff is crap. Ask my two broken wall clocks.

 

I meant nail glue. The stuff chicks stick false nails on with. I don't buy super glue anymore, only this stuff. The one comes in awee bottle with a brush, like nail polish, it's brilliant for applying to the work-piece, and the other comes in gel form in like a dropper, also brilliant for applying.

 

Oh, and it seems to stick better than super glue.
