Damian [emoji107]

Hopefully he only plays in the first half and gets subbed during half-time. Don't like the idea of Damian starting but it's a bit better than having him as a substitute for Steyn. Just a pity Serfontein is injured as I would think that he and Steyn would be our preferred centres along with Am and Kriel. Sadly midfield is looking very thin outside of those four.

de allende is shite and im not a fan of steyn. He always seems to pop up just before every world cup and in between doesn't give a damn about the springboks

Kriel has also been in his best form ever.

anyway that team does look proper and slight bit of excitement in me. I recon we should be in it for at least 65mins on Saturday.

Happy for jantjies, fully deserve that call up. Im also a Reinach fan. We have some proper depth in those 3 at No.9

Not a great game from both sides... Very scrappy but that's almost always fall into the ABs hands.

The boks have come a long way and credit on team selection.

ABs definitely don't look as invisible as previous years.

NB how did the ref miss that knock on??? ????‍♂️

That was the worst AB Performance i can remember. Knock on's galore. I wont be to confident. They will def be 100 times better when the WC starts.

Agreed, but so will the boks!!!

NZ in NZ is the toughest away game in world rugby

Well done, Bokkies.

There's a consistency in performance standards coming through

Mmm. The All Blacks were definitely doing shadow boxing.

It is a dangerous game to play by NZ, giving the Boks some hope that they aren't that far behind NZ...

Think Hansen would have preferred to win today and still kept something back for the WC. Now he has given the Boks a little bit of hope.

Believe me, Rassie isn't stupid either, I doubt he would have shown his full hand today just for the All Black's to go and find our weaknesses in preparation for that opening game.

ie. I am not so sure we will be employing the rush defense again in the WC opener against them, it is a little bit high-risk.

Only time will tell.

Oh, as a added bonus: In two weeks time we will run onto the field against Argentina knowing exactly what is required to secure the Rugby Championship trophy.
