Oh, wait, we should ban Malema? Yay. Lets go back 30 years. Get it? I don't agree with what you say, but I'll fight to the death to have a country that allows you to say it. That's what we have here. Its known as an analogy. I can break it down further to avoid the confusion you seem to be experiencing. Porn has nothing to do with Malema. Blackvoodoo was applying the logic of a previous argument to the context of this one. The origional porn topic has to do with the right to choose for ourselves and not be dictated to.
