I'm about 70% convinced on buying one. Cycho Posted April 13, 2012 Share I was lucky enough to ride the hardtail a little while back (on proper, Karkloof trails - not a parking lot!), along with the dual sus. Phenomenal is the only way to describe it. Able to compare it to a number of similar style / priced frames that I have ridden, and they do not come close in that range. Handling is superb, and power transfer brilliant. Only issue is that in order to achieve this, the frame uses an X12 rear axle system, so make sure your hub is convertible, or you may need to get a new back hub / wheel (but it is definitely worth it!) Personal preferance is towards the hardtail (but I am a single speeder, so back shocks just feel strange to me!) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Start with the soul of the bike, the frame and combine this with a good fork and wheels ... the rest can be replaced when it wears out.
