Got this little guy :)

Also got my niece a great Elves set with a castle etc, she is gonna dig it.

Lekker pressie!

Dig them Creator sets...but they're bloody dangerous! With some of them being relatively cheap, I am often tempted to buy more than I intended to!

Instead of building then taking apart and building the alternate models, you get tempted to get three sets and build all three for keeps...

...I think I may have a problem...

Used my Superbalist voucher on this one:

It's a far stretch to be called "Lego", but I'm excited enough to check my order status every 30min!

That's style of Lego - which became popular with Bionicles - angered many purists, but it sold bloody well!

I have Grievous and Obi-Wan in a duel pose in my study!

When I built this Mixel, I thought it looked like the product of a night of drunken sex between General Grievous and a Classic set...

The funnest Mixel series yet, I thought!

Darn you Takealot!!  They sent me a "we haven't seen you for a while so here's a R50 voucher if you spend R250 or more oh and by the way it expires in a couple of days" email the other day...

So, I had to order something (Right?).  And it just so happened that these two sets totalled R254, so 50 bucks off makes it a good deal (Right? At least that's what I told the Mrs):

And I have very happy kids...  So our last few evenings have been spent building the different models...

Anyway, better go home now... My daughter's expecting to build the owl tonight! :)

Those animal sets are such fun to build! Last Lego I bought was a Classic box. Apart from the Ideas booklet, there are no instructions. Just build! It stays in the car now...handy for traffic jams and long waits.

Just saw this on twitter - no, just no.

A handbag and jewellery range made out of Lego.
