CAAD4 Posted September 3, 2012 Share Hope Tech Evo X2 brakes with braided hoses and floating rotors (180 f & 160 r) I am stil waiting for the Shimano I-Spec covers and the Hope shifter clampsand that should satisfy my fetish for Hope products. I should have got those when I bought my groupset from TheV.Trying to find the covers/plates to convert my 'normal' shifters has been very challenging! I send to mates outside of the UK (Usually France or US) so I lose the 21% VAT and get free shipping on the cost and then they post on as a personal present @ under R450. Never paid a thing in VAT, customs, duty or handling since I moved here. Else I buy off Ebay and no one ever checks there. Saved £180 = R2480 on prices that were already well below SA's rip off culture. If you buy from the US then simply use a mail forwarder, it's well worth it.
