Stop, don't stop, whatever, just don't whine about it afterwards.

Nobody said you had to wine her afterwards, unless you have an agenda.... we were just talking about pomping her hoops....

You tjop! :whistling:

so .. have you ever helped a damsel in distress out, purely based on goodwill, then end up finishing together only to have egotistical and over possessive BF giving you seriasly skeef looks and kuking the poor girl out for 'getting lost' ... pppfftttt some okes need to get a grip.

Oooh, have I mentioned that I once was lucky enough to catch a beautiful damsel that went over her handlebars. Truly a case of being in the right place at the right split second. It got me a hug and it saved her some scratches and bruises. Fair exchange methinks. Why don't you girls offer better rewards for fixing punctures?

Seriously, what self respecting man doesn't know how to change a tyre?

So not only has he done every Epic but also been the first gay man to do every epic.

Homophobic as well as stupid?

Self respecting man on the tyre change scale? Make me larf.

In fact he climbed Everest and rode Epic in the same year, probably while you were learning to change your tyre.

That is the only way to meet new men. Also, at least I can differentiate between the true gentle souls who cares about women and the rest... lol

I haven't a clue how to change a bike tire... I bought a tube but hoping I don't get a puncture in a race.

So what's going to happen when you do?

Practise it tonight.

Haha... it's like a refreshing porno intro... Girl stuck on the side of the road waiting for a stallion to help her. It sure beat the pool guy cleaning the pool of the bored housewife

I'll wait for a hot chick to stop and help me :) Jokes, I will. I take it you need one of those hook things to take the tire off? It the tire hooked onto the rim?

hehehehe great manouvre but if you really want to look like a hero fix hers while you out riding.

Yes the key to changing tubes quickly is a good set of tyre levers, go to your LBS and get a set of green crowbars, you will only buy them once. Also don't take the tyre off completely, one side will do. Now the next line is important, before you fit a new tyre, inspect what type of flat you have if its a snakebite / pinch flat, fit the new tube but have it semi-inflated(makes fitting it to the rim easier). If the flat is caused by an object....feel your way around the tyre and remove the object(glass...thorn...stick) because if you don't you will be flat again in 10m. Then fit new tube....bomb carry on riding.

OR you can just go tubeless and save yourself a world of trouble...see what I am doing
