"Meanwhile, Armstrong is in talks to return a portion of the millions of dollars in taxpayer money his former team, U.S. Postal Service, once received, CBS News has learned.

Senior Justice Department officials have recommended that the government join a lawsuit filed by one of Armstrong's former teammates that accuses the disgraced cyclist of defrauding the federal government. Armstrong's U.S. Postal sponsorship prohibited illegal doping.

CBS News has also learned Armstrong has indicated he may be willing to testify against others involved in illegal doping."

Lets see what/who comes out the wood works/closet. Hopefully the full picture will gets painted now

Jo-han must be nipping himself. What ever happened to his hearing?

Yeah, that has been very quiet of late. Expected at least some word especially after Tygart said that it'll be concluded before the end of 2012. I wonder whether they spoke about JB during the interview.

I don't see Usada reversing judgement or mitigating sentence after the fact.

There is a USADA rule that no life ban can be reduced to less than eight years anyway, no matter what the mitigating circumstances. (Although rulez is rulez!)
