what upgrades did you do? Mine is a Carbon Flash 2 with carbon Lefty a Cannondale SL crank upgrade and full XX and still 10.2kg?? Helium in your tyres?

Changed all things sram to shimano.....bars,seatpost,seat,grips,tyres
