Know what, every time I read your comments I get that little hotter under the collar. What are your palmarés. Failing that, I vote for this thread to be removed as it goes against the forum rules and is bordering on spam.

Yip still not contributing...just open ended questions....spam

Let's pull some threads together:

Enticement is trying to pull the 'fracking' 'woolies' over our eyes so if he does not come to 'what's the point' let's 'boycot'.

Some sensible, practical advice from Enticement - well done!

Yes and no, he gives some real good advice, even though with a whole bunch of trying to impress talk, yet he fails to mention the importance of rest and inherited ability.

Don't worry, he'll translate above and use it in his next post :)

In all honesty, I thought for a loooong time that the guys (yes there's two) are actually doing well, and have something decent to offer (I've seen samples of their plans) but the feedback / comebacks posted on this and their other threads are a branch too far. Come on guys, if you cannot give a straight answer to a straight question, leave it tf alone.

You cannot hide the truth - your racing results reflect your training effort, but remember, one feather doesn't make a bird. Use specific races as milestones for indicating your preparation progress. For the Epic the Sabie Classic serves as a fantastic full-dress-rehearsal.
